On the occasion of Human Rights Day Under the slogan (Baath crimes engraved with the blood of martyrs: the cry of truth is not extinguished) Under the patronage of His Excellency the President of the Martyrs Foundation, Dr. Abdul Ilah Al-Naeli al-tanmia walertqaa Team organizes the scientific competition tagged (Memory of Pain and Flame of Hope) for university students in the holy city of Karbala, and for those who wish to participate to register during the period from 11/11/ to 25/11/2024 By entering the team's website on the www.vdaat.com link Or by scanning the QR code below Competition Conditions: 1- The participant must be a student of one of the universities or university colleges in the holy city of Karbala. 2- The participant must be within the stage of preliminary studies (bachelor's) or (diploma). 3- The age of the participant should not exceed 30 years, and from the male category only. Competition Mechanism: 1- Competition between applicants for the competition is carried out by participating in two tests on the topics of the course (Baath crimes) related to the violations of human rights by the Baath grave: The first test: electronic remote and includes all applicants. The second test: My presence includes those who have the highest scores in the first test. 2- A team of (5) individuals from each university or college shall be formed from those who have the highest scores in the above two tests. 3- Qualifiers (preliminary, semi-final, and final) shall be held in the manner of debates in the same article between the aforementioned teams. 4- All tests and qualifiers are carried out under the supervision of arbitration committees that include (academics, human rights experts, and a representative of the volunteer development and advancement team). Honoring Participants: A closing ceremony will be held to honor the participants as follows: 1- (500,000) five hundred thousand dinars for each member of the winning team. 2- (250,000) two hundred and fifty thousand dinars for each member of the team winning the second place. 3- Certificates of participation and symbolic prizes for all participants. 4- Honoring universities and university colleges that won advanced ranks.
